Dear Parents,

A big "thank you" for your support this year of N. Bell's staff and programs. As this year draws to a close and I look back at my experiences at North Bellingham, I'm grateful to be here! We have a fine school community and that is what's most important.

Although the bond was not approved twice, I'm not disheartened. With a little patience and faith, a solution will be found to our situation that works for Ferndale voters, our teachers, and our students. Meanwhile, our focus on your child's learning continues without interruption.

Have a great summer. The first day of school this fall is September 3.
