Materials are checked out to students for one week. Students may keep items for one week; however, are encouraged to return the books to the media center when they are finished. Books can be renewed as often as necessary unless there's a request for the material.

Grades K-1 students may check out one book and grades 2-6 may check out two books per week. When classes are doing research projects, additional books may be checked out.

Parents, Grandparents and Guardians of North Bellingham students are also encouraged to come into the library and set up patron accounts.
