Mrs. Cole teaches fourth grade at Mt. View Elementary school. She has been teaching for twenty years all but one year at Mt. View. She has taught all grades except first and sixth grades. Her approach to teaching is that all kids can learn and she takes each student from where they are on the learning curve and expects growth from each one. She still enjoys the challenges and changes in teaching.
