WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO MOVE DOCUMENTS FROM MY HOME COMPUTER TO THE SCHOOL COMPUTERS.
The answer is: A usb/flash drive.
These small, inexpensive (less than $15) devices are efficient and completely compatible with Windows-based computers and our Apple computers @ Horizon.
An usb/flash drive with even 256/512 mb of memory is sufficient for students to safely move documents since it is only the files that will be copied not the application.
Flash drives are available in all electronic stores and most discount stores.
Tips for successful document transfer:
* Use only Microsoft Word Program.
* Format as a Word Document with .doc at the end of the document title.
