Mr. Andres's Math Site |
This portion of the Web site is concerned with helping students do better on the Washington Assessment of Student Learning (WASL). There are links to WASL examples, where the student is shown some past problems. Steps are given on how to work through these problems in an easy, logical fashion. It is my hope that this practice will help the students to score better on the WASL in April. The links at the side and the bottom of this page will take you to the following: WASL Home - This link will take you to a set of pages that contain examples and preparation materials for the Washington Assessment of Student Learning (WASL). Applied Math - These sets of pages will take you to the different units that Applied Math students are expected to be able to complete. By working on the material in class, completing the problems on these pages, and working on some of the Web sites provided, you should become competent with workplace math. Teacher Resources - There are a number of Web Sites listed on this page with lesson plans and other resources for teachers. |
