For a time warp, read on . . . the storyline

It’s 1959...the age of drive-in movies, hanging out at the local burger
joint, dance contests at the high school hop, pajama parties, stock car
races and Rock 'n' Roll. The guys are tough, yet cool with their “greased”
hair. The girls are into pink, their hair is in ponytails or curls.

Danny Zuko, head “greaser” meets Sandy Dumbrowski the summer before their senior year. As circumstance has it, Sandy ends up at Rydell High as the
“new” girl. She attempts to revive her “Summer Nights” romance with Danny
but he has his image to maintain and his gang to impress. Sandy struggles
to “fit in” with the “Pink Ladies”. Girls make fun of her and she decides
an image change is the answer . . . .

The numerous, diverse characters sing and dance their way through sub-plots
and songs such as “Greased Lightnin”, “We Go Together”, and “Born to Hand
Jive”. This musical recalls the energy and music of greats like Buddy
Holly, Bobby Darin and Elvis Presley . . . Ahh the 1950’s are back!
