Check out the FAQs. Pick up an application at Cleariew High School or Ferndale High School. Or Print out a Clearview application and 2 Student Profile Sheets using Adobe Acrobat Reader.  Once you've filled out the application and profile sheets  turn it in to Julia Besola at Ferndale High School or to Susan Rhodes at Clearview High School.  We will contact you to arrange a personal interview.

In addition, please fill out the following Registration information.  You will not be allowed to attend until these two items are current: Registration Form & Health Concerns.
