MOUNTAIN VIEW ELEMENTARY SCHOOL:
Three addl. classrooms (convert existing covered play area)
Includes Electrical, clocks, intercom fire alarm
Fire Road area paving (use as bus loading/unloading; segregates buses from cars)
Create new covered play (this also provides a covered area for students waiting for buses)
Additional electrical from main panel to sub-panels, revising Boiler Room panels and
additional outlets
NORTH BELLINGHAM ELEMENTARY SCHOOL:
Eliminate steam radiators and patch
New fresh air ventilation in 1938 bldg Classrooms, library, office
A/C in library
New insulated windows in library
Replace unit ventilators in Rooms 5-8 (4 total) including Electrical
Upgrade electrical panels and sub-distribution panels in Boiler Rm
Create "screen" (half-wall, shrubbery, berm?) to eliminate playground distractions in Rooms 21-24

Separate bus traffic from parent/pedestrian traffic
    Improve traffic flow
